Field of Application |
|
RADITHO® KFI Series inks are UV-curable ink for letterpress printing. The applications are for surface printing on most of plastics and difficult-to-adhere substrates.
Feature
- Good in-line stability. No skinning and no dry-up after long-term
printing run.
- Fast curing performance, good abrasion resistance.
- Good ink transfer ability.
- Vivid color and good contrast.
PROCESSING NOTE
- Consumables specialized for UV printing inks are recommended.
- For plastic substrate, surface tension of printing surface should
be higher than 38 dyne/cm. If not, pre-treatment of corona discharges
is suggested.
- It is better to print right after treatment.
- Test printing before mass production run.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE |

- Store in cool place; keep away from direct sun light or ambient temperature over than 30°C.
- Shelf life of 6 months is guaranteed stored in normal storage conditions and original packing.
